Vanoro Hotel

Everything was perfect. Firstly, the kind lady from the reception moved her car so we can park in front of the hotel. Than we had a reservation for the spa and she gave us a little tour of the facilities. It was my birthday and the receptionist noticed that and when we got to the room after the spa a cake was left at our room for me. The spa has sauna, fitness and a jacuzzi and it was only for us for an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant is very sweet. The location is close to the center seaside street and the city center square by foot.

We loved the breakfast, which, though not a buffet, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed, the staff kindly let us stay late, which was a lifesaver! We couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in town!

I booked this as it can sleep up to 4 in one room. Hotel is very nicely done through out and it's modern. It doesn't feel out dated or old fashioned. Or "trying too hard". Breakfast was unusual. It's buffet style but you order what u want from the menu at your table. Enjoyed my freddo espresso and cappuccino with oat milk. Bed was comfortable. Has soft or firm pillows to go with. Bath robes for you to wear if u wish. Hair conditioner and body cream in bathroom if u want it. Liked shower room alot. Cleaners were great. Tidied up after me a bit and made the bed again when my 3 year old wet the bed. I've been to the city many times and have family there. So I didn't use all facilties or do any sight seeing. Great restaurants nearby.

The hotel location was perfect for what we wanted to do on our trip - it does not provide seaside views which might be important for other customers. But, it was very peaceful and quiet which worked very well for us. Staff was both competent and friendly, eager to help and make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Overall, an excellent place to stay when visiting Thessaloniki.

We had a fantastic stay, we arrived late due to a delayed flight but had used the taxi booking service the hotel had recommended so we were greeted and taken straight to the hotel. Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade which was gratefully received. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was bottled water and coffee. The bar area was lovely and reasonably priced. Great location and we walked to the old city and along the waterfront. Although we didn't eat in or nearby the hotel there were a lot of restaurant options easily available. The breakfast was really great and I loved that it was an all day option which meant there was no pressure to be there a certain time. The food was delicious with lots of options. The main thing I loved about the hotel was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. If I was in the area I would definetely stay here again.
