Vanoro Hotel

Vanoro hotel is an excellent value-for-money option for a stay at Thessaloniki city centre. I cannot stress enough the quality of its interior -rooms and common spaces-, their equipment and overall aesthetics, as well as of the service by its highly professional staff. All these assets, coupled with the hotel’s exquisite breakfast, served all day long (!), and its excellent location to stroll around Thessaloniki’s city centre and sea front, at a very reasonable price, turn each stay into an utterly satisfying experience! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Firstly, the kind lady from the reception moved her car so we can park in front of the hotel. Than we had a reservation for the spa and she gave us a little tour of the facilities. It was my birthday and the receptionist noticed that and when we got to the room after the spa a cake was left at our room for me. The spa has sauna, fitness and a jacuzzi and it was only for us for an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant is very sweet. The location is close to the center seaside street and the city center square by foot.

The hotel is very comfortable, with a beautiful interior and a good central location. It is 8-10 minutes walk from the sea side and from Ladadika district, with nice restaurants, bars and shops. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. They found a spot for our car and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also really nice! The wellness area is small but cosy and private enough since you book for a specific time interval. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙂

"We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The cozy ambiance and warm decor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding—always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We loved the breakfast, which, though not a buffet, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed, the staff kindly let us stay late, which was a lifesaver! We couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in town!

I booked this as it can sleep up to 4 in one room. Hotel is very nicely done through out and it's modern. It doesn't feel out dated or old fashioned. Or "trying too hard". Breakfast was unusual. It's buffet style but you order what u want from the menu at your table. Enjoyed my freddo espresso and cappuccino with oat milk. Bed was comfortable. Has soft or firm pillows to go with. Bath robes for you to wear if u wish. Hair conditioner and body cream in bathroom if u want it. Liked shower room alot. Cleaners were great. Tidied up after me a bit and made the bed again when my 3 year old wet the bed. I've been to the city many times and have family there. So I didn't use all facilties or do any sight seeing. Great restaurants nearby.
