The hotel is actually very good and modern, but this somo in itself does not make it enough to meet my perception of a five star hotel. Moreover, 100 meters down I have stayed in a five star /old style/ hotel, where you can really feel the spirit of comfort and luxury. I would recommend, as for a five-star hotel, to include in the price of the room and the parking lot in the first place, so that it can really be said that you have a parking lot, as well as the use of the additional services of the spa center, which definitely give you the categorization, perhaps! I have no complaints about the staff, they are all perfect. The room is also very good, comfortable enough and wide. Rather, my remark refers to the commercial way of marketing and management in the present case. I don't like the idea that they offer you a five-star hotel and you have to pay extra for everything. Because if it is only for bed and breakfast, it turns out that you are in a three plus or four star hotel for the price of a five star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay, we arrived late due to a delayed flight but had used the taxi booking service the hotel had recommended so we were greeted and taken straight to the hotel. Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade which was gratefully received. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was bottled water and coffee. The bar area was lovely and reasonably priced. Great location and we walked to the old city and along the waterfront. Although we didn't eat in or nearby the hotel there were a lot of restaurant options easily available. The breakfast was really great and I loved that it was an all day option which meant there was no pressure to be there a certain time. The food was delicious with lots of options. The main thing I loved about the hotel was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. If I was in the area I would definetely stay here again.

For breakfast an ample choice of quality food and coffees, quickly served by highly attentive staff - and no need to get up early: Breakfast time ends at 11 p.m. (yes, p.m.). Highly attentive staff also at the Reception desk. A nice surprise: On arrival (I had booked 3 nights) I received a voucher for a 30 minutes massage, done very professionally. Another plus is the proximity to the lively Ladadika district, the seashore and countless shops on Tsimski street. Included in the price was the transport by taxi from Thessaloniki airport.

Perfect stay for a weekend escape. The hotel from outside was not anything so impressive but as soon as you enter from the front door then the real value comes. The whole place from the rooms to the open spaces like bar, kitchen etc are very stylish and new. The personnel is very friendly, the breakfast is truly exception with a whole menu to choose from. There are maybe 30+ possible things to eat & drink for breakfast. The room was cleaned 2 times a day. All in all, a very good value for money.

Ah! Breakfast........ I've never known a hotel to offer its breakfast across 24 hours!!! Not just a limited menu, but a full breakfast. In one case, we had to set off early to get the coach to Meteora (a must visit for anyone in Thessaloniki), and arrived back, quite hungry, and ready for a big breakfast, at 10pm. Very friendly staff, very helpful. We had thunderstorms for a couple of days, but were able to borrow hotel full-sized umbrellas to ward off the torrential rain.
